In the fifth installment of the Solos series, the museum presents Tulou, a prototype for affordable housing being built in the city of Guangzhou by the Chinese architectural practice Urbanus. The Tulou project incorporates 250 apartment units, a dormitory, small hotel, shops, gymnasium, library, and various communal and public spaces. To experience the spacial interior of this design project, a full-scale section of a bedroom area of one housing unit is on display.
