Celia Cruz was a Latina American singer known as the "Queen of Salsa." The five-time Grammy Award winner was famous for her vibrant stage personality. This composite "portrait" of legendary Cuban-born singer Celia Cruz (1924-2003) was created by Robert Weingarten using digital images of objects in the museum's collections that represent her. Also on view are some of the objects used to create the "portrait."
