Honore Sharrer's masterpiece of midcentury American art Tribute to the American Working People is juxtaposed with documents from her personal archives to reveal her artistic process. Letters, drawings, sketches, and photographs of factory workers and schoolchildren are on view. Sharrer's masterpiece, which she worked on from 1947 to 1951, consists of five panels painted in oil and depicts scenes from everyday life from this time period.
