- Standing female figure crowned with a seven-pointed diadem. She holds a torch in her upraised proper right hand. She holds a tablet in her proper left hand. She is heavily draped in a toga-like gown and wears sandals. She stands on a stone pedestal which is placed in a dirt flower bed surrounded by a stone base in the shape of an eleven point star.
