  • Acts as MCI's prime technical contact for the Bibliographic Conservation Information Network (BCIN) hosted by the Canadian Heritage Information Network's (CHIN) Conservation Information Network.
  • Develops, updates, maintains, and manages the MCI web site, including the SPNHC99 and ANAGPIC26 web sites and the Santos: Substance & Soul web site
  • Collaborated with National Museum of American History Hands on Science Center on a Santos educational web project
  • Manages technical and reference inquiries from professionals and the public nationally and internationally; provides database searches, reference materials, referrals and in-house course materials
  • Acts as the prime contact with Smithsonian's VIARC, the Torch (Smithsonian newspaper), and the Smithsonian Office of Public Relations (MCI Media page)
