Titans of the Ice Age 3D transports you to the beautiful and otherworldly frozen landscapes of North America, Europe and Asia ten thousand years before modern civilization. Encounter an ancient world of ice, a time when man shared the tundra with majestic beasts. Dazzling computer-generated imagery brings this mysterious era to life, from saber-toothed cats and cave bears to dire wolves and iconic woolly mammoths.
As Titans of the Ice Age shows us, we know a lot about the mammals of the Ice Age from their fossils. Although the National Fossil Hall is currently closed for renovation, venture to the Rex Room on the first floor Special Exhibits Gallery to see paleontologists in action!
