Smithsonian Group Reservations Form: Theaters, Dining and Simulators

Discounted packages are available for groups of ten (10) or more. All groups will be charged a one-time processing fee of $10.00 per order. All groups receive one (1) complimentary ticket per every twenty purchased (excluding bulk vouchers, $10 and $15 vouchers, and Title 1 purchases). $10 and $15 vouchers, and bulk meals must be used by 9/29/2012. No refunds or exchanges. Title 1 Schools must show proof of title 1 status.
