Smithsonian Group Reservations Form: Theaters, Dining, and Simulators

A Group consists of ten (10) or more people. All groups will be charged a one-time processing fee of $10.00 per order. *Vouchers expire on September 28, 2013. Exchange 2013 vouchers for 2014. To qualify our office must receive unused vouchers no later than September 26, 2013. Title 1 Schools must show proof of title 1 status. Butterflies tickets are timed-entry, 40 tickets per interval.

Confirmations will be faxed or emailed to you. If you request tickets to be shipped, there is an additional cost.
