Reservations
For more information or to book a reservation, call Group Sales at 866-868-7774 or 202-633-IMAX. Our reservation lines are open 7 days a week, from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Groups can also book reservations online or via fax or email using the group reservation PDF form. Completed forms should be faxed to 202-633-7192 or emailed to groupsales@si.edu. Confirmations will be sent upon receipt.
Educators
The Smithsonian offers educational resources for school groups, both to use during their trip, and as a way to extend the museum visit into the classroom.
Outreach Packages
Title One schools are eligible for deep discounts for meals at the Atrium Café. Outreach pricing is also available at our IMAX Theaters and Planetarium for all daytime educational films. Minimum of 20 people(40 for Title 1 Schools). Proof of Title One status must accompany orders. Minimum one-week notice required to book dates; film choices are subject to availability.
Educators Guides
Educators Guides are now available for a select number of films in our library. Films currently not on screen can be ordered through our IMAX on Demand package.
