Location: Independence Ave., between 3rd & 4th Streets

The center is located in a temporary structure (through December 2003) at the construction site and is open from 10 AM-4 PM, Monday through Saturday, except federal holidays. Here, visitors may view an exhibition on the planning, design, and construction of the museum.
