Museum: Natural History Museum
Location: 2nd Floor, Center, West Corridor, near Gems Store (Hall 25)
On view are some 30 of Robert Creamer's high-resolution images of plants and animals that show the effects of time. Using a scanner as a camera, each object was placed and scanned directly on a flatbed scanner to capture the image before final printing. The images are arranged into four themes: museum collections, portraits and pairings of individual flowers and plants, compositions of abundance using flower parts, and experimental works showing time.
