Museum: Sackler Gallery

The Freer Gallery's famous Sembiyan Mahadevi as goddess Parvati along with 70 other bronzes drawn from important public and private collections in the United States and Europe are on view. The exhibition contains two major thematic sections; the first focusing on bronzes devoted to a Shiva temple, and the second on a group from a shrine to Vishnu. This exhibition is being organized in association with the American Federation of Arts.
