Museum: Natural History Museum
Location: 2nd Floor, West Wing
Life-size displays illustrate the eating habits, defenses, and locomotion of a variety of snakes and amphibians. Reptiles on view include a preserved king cobra, reticulated python, and boa constrictors from the Malayan and Amazonian jungles. Other preserved reptiles featured are sea turtles; crocodiles; and lizards, including the world's largest lizard, the Komodo dragon.
