On view are 30 portraits of James McNeill Whistler (1834-1919) from the Charles Lang Freer collection that range in date from around 1845 to 1897. Included are early self-portraits as well as portraits by Henri Fantin-Latour, Carlo Pelligrini, Mortimer Menpes, Henri Charles Guerard, Thomas Robert Way, and Paul Cesar Helleu.
