Nobel Voices: Celebrating 100 Years of the Nobel Prize

This exhibition traces the life of inventor Alfred Nobel and the creation of the Nobel Prizes, and explores the motivation and vision of selected Laureates that led to their receiving this prestigious honor. It features numerous intimate video interviews of laureates, photographic portraits, and original artifacts, including Albert Einstein's pipe and William Faulkner's typewriter. Also included are artwork and poetry by students from the Duke Ellington Youth Project that emphasize the connections among creative minds of any age.

Presented by the Lemelson Center for the Study of Invention and Innovation.
