Through paintings, photographs, and mixed-media works, this exhibition of 10 pieces shows how 8 contemporary, Washington-based artists -- including Liani Foster, Julee Dickerson-Thompson, and Betty Murchison -- take different approaches to explore the universal and ancient tie that binds mother and child. This exhibition is shown in conjunction with Reclaiming Midwives.
