On view are approximately 60 examples of genre art by John N. Robinson and Larry F. Lebby. Home and family, neighbors and neighborhoods are depicted in watercolor, oil, acrylic, and other media, by Robinson, a native Washingtonian who has worked at various jobs, but has always found time to paint. The exhibition title is taken from a painting by Robinson. Lebby, a native of South Carolina, uses watercolor, ball point pen, and lithography in his representations of family, neighbors, and his environment.
Also included in the exhibition are 2 audio-visual presentations in which each artist talks about a work in progress--Lebby, a stone lithography, and Robinson, a watercolor of lilacs.
