Healing Mandala in Washington, D.C.

Over the next two weeks, approximately 20 Tibetan monks will create a 7' x 7' sand mandala as a healing response to the events of Sept. 11, 2001. On the first day, an elaborate ceremony will take place at approximately 12 noon. Each day thereafter, an opening ceremony will take place at 10 AM. On the last day, a special closing ceremony will take place at approximately 3 PM.

Note: Entrance is on a first-come, first-served basis.
