On view are 56 objects that attest to a range of techniques and philosophical approaches in the making of glass. Methods include casting, slump molding, blowing, assembling, and lampworking. One of the unique works is Susie Krasnican's clever Dress for Success (1997), which is a silhouette of a dress cut from glass and etched with such phrases as "It is better to ask some of the questions than to know all the answers." Other artists represented include Mary Van Cline, Therman Statom, Marvin Lipofsky, Walter Zimmerman, Dale Chihuly, Mark Matthews, Toots Zynsky, Alan Goldfarb, Karla Trinkley, Hank Murta Adams, Roger Parramore and others.
