On view is a group of 27 inlaid precious metal objects from the Nuhad Es-Said Collection, considered one of the finest collections of Islamic metalwork in private hands. Objects include vessels, ewers, candlesticks, incense burners, and containers made by Islamic artists working between the 10th and 19th centuries in the lands emcompassed by present day Iran, Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey.
